ISO 9001 evaluates the quality management system (QMS) used by an organization. Customer orientation and process quality are periodically checked, documented and continually improved.
ISO 27001
ISO 27001 audits the information security management system (ISMS) in use—with a particular focus on the protection goals of confidentiality, availability and integrity of information, as well as risk assessments.
Accredited Tool Vendor: Gold & Silver level
PeopleCert awards OMNINET as an “Accredited Tool Vendor” at Gold level with 15 practices. This means that the ITSM Center is certified according to the international standard ITIL®4. As a provider of the cloud-based ITSM solution OMNITRACKS, OMNINET receives a second certification at Silver level with 5 practices. The certification covers both the service management expertise of the trained consultants and the framework-compliant ITSM software solution.
Software made in Germany
The Bundesverband IT-Mittelstand is under the patronage of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action and thus guarantees vendor-independent neutrality. The seal stands for quality, service and sustainability of software products.
IDW PS 880
The audit standard IDW PS 880 “The Audit of Software Products” of the IDW (Institute of Auditors in Germany) confirms that tested OMNITRACKER-based applications meet the high quality standards of the strictly regulated financial industry.
IDW PS 951
OMNINET’s software development processes have successfully passed an audit according to IDW PS 951 “Audit of the internal control system at the service company for outsourced functionalities to the service company”. The audit covered product management, software architecture, development as well as test and release management processes.
